Samir Chinai Associates (SCA) is a Mumbai-based multi-disciplinary firm providing comprehensive services in Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design, and Value engineering. As a Junior architect, I worked on multiple residential projects using tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Navisworks and collaborated with other consultants. Majorly contributed to Salsette-27- an IGBC Platinum pre-certified high-rise residential project located in a prime area of Mumbai, India.

The residential program of 544,523.40 sq. ft includes 304 units of 2BHK and 202 units of 3BHK, divided into two towers of 60 storeys. These towers are arranged in a staggered manner to provide a view of both the eastern and western waterfront of Mumbai. After every 7 floors, 4% of refuge areas are provided, along with service floors and fire escape floors.
These towers are separated by a central podium called an 'Eco-deck'. It comprises recreational activities such as a swimming pool, a garden, a temple, a tennis court, and a clubhouse.

Both towers are arranged in a staggered manner to give views of the both Western and Easter water front of Mumbai.
For this project, I worked on working drawings, details, 3-D modeling, and collaboration using BIM 360, generating clash detection reports, presentations, and coordinating with other consultants and sites. Developed a paint scheme for the entire project.
